Just to update we’ve gone officially one week (7 days to the day) without internet access at home. Still no signs of even an ETA as when it will be up and running again. It shouldn’t take 7 days to fix a simple line issue. I understand they are on strike, but I always thought people who worked there put the customer first…without us there is no need for them to have a job.
